Students are asked to explore residual media and create four short assignments, which include a self-portrait, transforming an urban space, remixing architecture, zoom-object. All the projects must include themes related to environmental “green” issues. Make a green statement. You collectively create and maintain the website using WordPress.
# 3 FREE CULTURE RMX/ PRESENTATION
Students are asked to present and lead a discussion based on a chapter from the readings. Students are also asked to create a short media text on the chapter.
# 4 OPEN CLASS ACCESS ESSAY
Collectively students will be asked to create an open class access document. This is an ongoing project.
# 5 COMIC BOOK
Students are asked to collectively create a comic book.
# 6 INFOGRAPHIC VIDEO
Students are asked to create an infographic video/animation. This video/animation must shed light on a social issue, something relative and important.
# 7 FINAL PROJECT
